 否認時にメールで通知する場合は、「処理結果通知」を利用します。
 「処理結果通知」を使用すると、案件終了時に申請者へ結果を通知できます。

 否認時のみメールを送信する場合は、メッセージ定義で「処理種別」を設定してください。
